Trumpet Lessons

Trumpet was the instrument that started my musical journey. I played the trumpet from middle school all the way through college. During those years I performed in marching band, concert band, and jazz band. I also participated in solo and ensemble and all-county. I’ve helped students obtain leadership positions in their band, move up in chair tests, and audition for extra ensembles. With my trumpet students I work on:

-Technique and range

-Scales and arpeggios

-Sight reading

-Improvisation
